Due to continued expansion Argyll is seeking to recruit:

Marketing Manager
£negotiable – 37.5 hrs/wk

An experienced marketing professional is required to influence, co-ordinate and manage the company’s marketing budget and strategy. You will also oversee an existing PR contract. Reporting to the Sales Director you will ensure business objectives are achieved in line with the strategic development plan. Previous event management experience will be advantageous in this post.


Business Development Executives
£negotiable + car/allowance + OTE uncapped – 37.5 hrs/wk

Two sales professionals are required to develop the company’s direct sales channel and indirect partner’s strategies. Reporting to the Sales Director you will ensure business objectives are achieved in line with the strategic development plan. Working from a home base and located ideally within the Midlands or South of England you will also be able to demonstrate previous sales experience within a technical role or service provider role. Experience of services catering for lone working and knowledge of the current H&S legislation will offer you a significant advantage. A full UK driving licence, clean and current, is required for this position.


Company Trainer
£negotiable + car/allowance – 37.5 hrs/wk

An experienced trainer is required to review and deliver the company’s internal and external service training requirements. Reporting to the Operations Director you will be required to deliver training plans and personal development plans to a mix of internal and external clients throughout the UK. Some overnight travel is required. Previous training experience operating within organisations recognised as IIP or within a technical (software/hardware) role or service provider role will be advantageous. A full UK driving licence, clean and current, is required for this position.


Sales Co-ordinator
£14k p.a. – 37.5 hrs/wk

An administrator is required to assist our sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be required to liaise with internal and external clients, co-ordinate sales activity and provide statistical reports. Previous experience of operating within a sales organisation or within a technical role or service provider role will be advantageous

All positions require applicants to be IT literate with competent demonstrable experience of using PC’s and Microsoft Office.

Due to the specific requirements of this role, Health & Safety and other physical considerations, this position qualifies for exemptions under the Disability Discrimination Act and is subject to the requirements of the Police Act 1997. Applicants will be processed via Disclosure.
